1) Carefully sweep and check container walls and floor. Use heavy duty tape to cover and protect potential trouble spots

üCorrugated paper is lined on the corners and floor of container when
required
Check flexitank carton for damages and tears. Check flexi tank valve and flange for damages and cracks. If any damage is observed, the flexi tank should be replaced immediately. 
If flexitank comes with relief valve, install tie down. Fixing tri wall metal bulkheads and cable tied to triwall.

ü Close both
container doors and put up the warning labels/tags.
Step 5: Loading Cargo
1)Attach the load hose to the flexitank loading valve. Secure hose/
2)üBegin
the loading process
3)üCheck for leakage
4)üOnce
complete, close the valve and remove load hose
5)üAttached valve cap and lock (cable tied) 6)üThe container to be shut and seal Step 6: Preparing for Discharge at Destination
üPosition container as
close as possible to the receiving storage tank
üEnsure there is a
gentle slope from the front to the rear BULKHEAD
Pump Selection
We would suggest that the following recommendation
be
observed:
§Early investigation of
loading / discharging site is recommended
§Pump flow rate should be up
to 700 litres per minute or more
§When pumping food-grade
products, all equipment and pipe must be approved for the purpose, while
the pump supplier should be ask to certify
